These General Terms of Service (GTS) govern all orders placed by the CUSTOMER for one or more services offered on this website by Methania Inversiones Desarrollos y Consultoria S.L (the PROVIDER).
These online GTS are accessible at any time on this website and shall prevail, if applicable, over any other version or any other conflicting document. The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version shall be applicable as soon as it is posted online.
Article 1: Definitions
- CUSTOMER: Any individual or legal entity ordering a Service on the Site for personal needs, on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party.
- Order: Any action by which the CUSTOMER places an order on the Site, selecting the desired service (e.g. requesting a UK ETA), completing the order process including payment under the conditions defined in Article 5.
- UK ETA: An official travel document required by UK authorities to facilitate entry for eligible travelers.
- Host: The entity providing hosting services for this website.
- Internet: A global data exchange network connecting users and servers.
- Company: Methania Inversiones Desarrollos y Consultoria S.L.
- Service: All services available through this website.
- User: Any person browsing the Site, whether or not they are a CUSTOMER.
Article 2: Purpose
These Terms aim to define the contractual relationship between the PROVIDER and the site users, allowing them to request a UK ETA.
Using this website implies full acceptance of these Terms. Placing an order implies agreement with these Terms. The CUSTOMER confirms having read and accepted them by ticking the box during the order process.
Changes to these Terms will apply to orders placed after the updated version is published.
Article 3: Ordering Process
To request a UK ETA, the CUSTOMER must:
- Complete the identification form with accurate personal information.
- Validate and review a summary page containing:
- The entered data.
- Service details and pricing.
- Proceed to the payment page and confirm banking details.
Upon payment, the PROVIDER sends a confirmation email with order details.
Article 4: Service Pricing
4.1 UK ETA Request:
- a) Service Fee: €84.19 including VAT. This includes:
- Processing and administration costs;
- Application review and follow-up communication.
- b) Refunds: Requests must be submitted via the contact form with full personal data and reference number. If not processed, the refund is granted within 7 days. No refunds once the application has been submitted. Lack of confirmation email is not grounds for refund. Email proof available on request.
Article 5: Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon order confirmation and is made by credit card via a secure SSL-encrypted system. The PROVIDER is only contractually bound once payment is authorized.
Article 6: Delivery, Modification, Rejection
ETA requests are typically processed within 12–72 hours. Results are sent by email in PDF format.
Once submitted, no modifications can be made. A new application must be submitted.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is not applicable once the service has started with the customer’s express consent. The PROVIDER begins processing immediately after payment.
Article 8: Personal Data
Methania Inversiones Desarrollos y Consultoria S.L, as data controller, processes personal data for the management and tracking of applications, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018.
By submitting the application form, the user expressly agrees that their data may be used to manage the request and send reminders or communications related to completing the process.

Cookies
Cookies may be used to:
- Measure site usage;

This is not the official UK government website. The official UK ETA is available for approx. £13 at gov.uk. This site offers additional support.
Article 13: Liability
The PROVIDER is not liable for technical issues or refusal of ETA issuance by UK authorities. The obligation is one of means, not results.
Article 14: Force Majeure
The PROVIDER is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure events as defined by Spanish law.
Article 15: Amendments
The PROVIDER may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
Article 16: Archiving
Orders and invoices are archived securely for legal purposes.
Article 17: Partial Invalidity / No Waiver
If one clause is declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect. Not enforcing a clause does not waive the right to do so later.
Article 18: Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
